This was my second CatBox. Sadly, my first box arrived just a few days after I had to unexpectedly put my cat down, so she never got to enjoy it. A few weeks later, I received an email letting me know another box was on the way. Since the first one was personalized for my old cat, I gave it to a friend.
Not long after, I adopted a new cat, Pearl. When I got the shipping notice, I reached out to see if they could update the information so the box would be made for Pearl instead. The team responded so quickly and kindly, and they updated everything right away.
Pearl’s first box arrived today, and she absolutely loved all the toys and treats. I really appreciate that part of the purchase goes toward helping shelter cats, as both of my cats came from shelters. Overall, the box was thoughtful, fun, and backed by wonderful customer service.
